The RPIE Portal for MGNY is a client-facing platform built around a complex property tax filing process.
As Design Director, I led the redesign across brand, system, and interface — bringing more clarity, structure, and coherence to a workflow that is typically dense, technical, and time-consuming.
The result was a more unified service and a clearer portal, designed to support filing across multiple properties with less friction and greater consistency. Following the redesign, the average time required to complete the form decreased by 14% per property.
