Led the end-customer experience products — the apps people use themselves rather than administer: MetaDefender Endpoint, Managed File Transfer and Kiosk.

Audited and redesigned the design system, then co-owned it — the components, guidelines and patterns every product is built on.

Co-led bringing AI into how the design team works: set agentic coding (Claude Code) into the daily workflow and onboarded the team onto it.

Owned MetaDefender Cloud — the first product rebuilt on the new system, launched in September 2025.

Led the design efforts for critical Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Data Management (PDM) platforms, which significantly improved operational efficiency and streamlined workflows within the manufacturing and distribution processes.

Managed and executed multiple high-profile design projects across different regions, such as the RMA Portal, Community, Store, UniFi Design Center, and the UniFi and AmpliFi product websites, ensuring global usability while addressing specific local market requirements.

Contributed to and maintained the company’s Design System, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience across all digital products, reinforcing brand identity and enhancing user engagement.

Worked as Lead Web Designer for WRONG Digital agency with global and local clients, including Samsung, Philips, Swedbank and Oriflame. Designed marketing micro-sites and e-commerce sites, did branding for new local companies and created design language for different companies’ social media platforms.

Joined Guilty Ogilvy advertising agency as Web Designer just before they decided to spin off a separate digital agency (Wrong Digital) focused on digital products and web-based creative solutions, where I later became Lead Web Designer.

While I was part of the Guilty Ogilvy team, I worked on various pitch decks and Fizmix, a learning web platform for kids.

Worked on social-media content design and marketing micro-sites for clients including Swedbank, Tele2, Mitsubishi Motors and L’Oréal.
