UI Supplier Portal is an internal tool designed for Ubiquiti Inc. to streamline supplier relationships and optimize supply chain processes. Replacing disjointed tools and manual workflows, the platform provides a cohesive system for tracking supplier performance, managing orders, and fostering better communication.
The Challenge
Prior to the UI Supplier Portal, supplier management relied on fragmented processes, including email communication, Excel sheets, and limited third-party tools. This led to inefficiencies, inconsistent data, and missed opportunities to optimize supplier relationships.
Solution
Designed and implemented a centralized digital platform that provides a clear view of supplier data, automates key tasks such as order tracking and performance reporting, and fosters efficient communication. As the sole Senior UI/UX Designer, I was tasked with defining the user experience for the Supplier Portal.
