Overview

UI Inventory Portal is a custom-built platform for Ubiquiti Inc., designed to centralize inventory tracking and management. The portal replaces fragmented tools and manual workflows with a scalable solution that enhances visibility, accuracy, and efficiency in managing stock across multiple locations.

The Challenge

Prior to the Inventory Portal, inventory management relied on manual updates, Excel sheets, and disparate systems, leading to inaccurate stock data, inefficiencies, and delayed decision-making. Ubiquiti needed a reliable solution to consolidate these processes and provide real-time visibility.

Solution

Developed an intuitive inventory management platform that consolidates stock data into a single system. The portal provides real-time tracking, automated updates, and actionable insights, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management while reducing manual effort.
